Step 1: Pre-Visit Preparation
Before the initial visit, families complete intake paperwork and submit prior records and laboratory results for review.
Foundational laboratory testing may be recommended prior to the first appointment to help maximize the value of the initial evaluation.
Visit 1: Comprehensive Initial Evaluation with the Naturopathic Provider
Length:
90 minutes
During this visit, we take a deep dive into your child’s medical history, symptom timeline, triggers, infections, immune health, environmental exposures, nutrition, sleep, nervous system regulation, and behavioral concerns.
At the end of the visit, families receive:
Initial treatment recommendations
A phased care plan
Recommendations for additional testing if appropriate
Guidance on next steps and priorities
Health Coach Visit 1
The first health coaching session focuses on helping families begin implementing recommendations in a manageable and realistic way.
Topics may include:
Nutrition guidance
Daily routines
Supplement organization
Nervous system regulation strategies
Creating sustainable habits
Nurse Practitioner Medication Management Visit
The nurse practitioner visit focuses on prescription management and medical support when clinically appropriate.
This may include:
Medication review
Sleep support
Anti-inflammatory support
Prescription recommendations
Medication adjustments
Naturopathic Follow-Up Visit #1
This visit focuses on reviewing your child’s response to treatment and adjusting the care plan based on early progress.
We assess:
Symptom changes
Behavioral and emotional regulation
Sleep and nervous system support
Tolerance to supplements and medications
Laboratory findings
School and daily functioning
Additional testing or therapies may be recommended if appropriate.
Health Coach Follow-Up Visits
Ongoing coaching visits provide continued support with implementation, troubleshooting, routines, nutrition, and maintaining momentum throughout the program.
Families often benefit from continued guidance as treatment evolves over time.
Nurse Practitioner Follow-Up Visit
This visit focuses on reassessing prescription support, medication response, and any needed adjustments based on your child’s progress.
Naturopathic Follow-Up Visit #2
This follow-up visit allows for a deeper reassessment of overall progress and helps guide the next phase of treatment.

Review of symptom progression
Flares or setbacks
Advanced testing results
Ongoing immune and nervous system support
Long-term treatment planning
Adjustments to supplements, nutrition, or therapies
This visit helps ensure treatment recommendations continue evolving alongside your child’s needs.
6-Month Collaborative Team Review
At the conclusion of the program, your care team reviews your child’s overall progress and helps determine the next phase of care.
This collaborative review may include:
Progress assessment
Updated recommendations
Long-term maintenance planning
Additional therapies or testing if needed
Transition planning for ongoing support
