  • Sally Davidson, ANP, IFMCP

    CO-FOUNDER

    Sally is an Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.

    Sally discovered Functional Medicine in 2009 after reading Dr. Mark Hyman’s book: The Ultra Mind Solution. “Dr. Hyman described everything I was trying to do within the conventional model.  The book came at a time when I was feeling so disenchanted with medicine and had thought about leaving medicine altogether. It gave me hope that we could change the way we practice. “

  • Sean Foss, ND, LAc

    CO-FOUNDER

    Dr. Foss is a Naturopathic Doctor and a Licensed Acupuncturist.

    Dr. Sean Foss is a native Cape Codder that has returned home to practice natural medicine. He is a graduate of the University of Bridgeport’s Naturopathic College of Medicine and Acupuncture. Dr. Foss is currently a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in the States of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic Doctors.

  • Susan Baumgarten, RD, LDN

    Susan Baumgarten is a registered, licensed dietitian/nutritionist (RD, LDN) focused on integrating the cutting-edge science of mainstream medicine with evidence-based functional medicine and naturopathic approaches to health and healing. Susan is passionate about combining her thirty years of scientific experience in the life science industry with education and experience as a registered dietitian to teach people how to separate diet and nutrition fact from fiction, as well as cut through noisy, glossy marketing messages. She provides evidence-based diet and nutrition education and lifestyle coaching so you can take charge of your health at your own pace to meet your unique goals.

  • Kimberly Concra, MS, LDN

    Kimberly is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist with a focus on whole person well-being. Her passion for integrative and holistic health led her to the University of Bridgeport for her M.S. in Nutrition, which was taught through the lens of functional nutrition medicine. Familial experience with Celiac Disease and GI disorders have guided her to get at the root cause of health issues that impact nutritional status. She finds cooking to be healing and likes to assist people in finding foods that fit in their healing plan. Understanding that there is no one size fits all process to healing, Kimberly is interested in assisting clients to find their calm through a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan.
